HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can see how your order is tracking by simply logging into your My Account section. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse we also send you an email that includes a tracking number. You can also track your order by going to the Courier Post website and entering your tracking number. We will provide you with an email and link to track your order

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
We aim to have 99.9% of our products in stock to make our deliveries as quick as possible. Items that are dispatched within 24 hours from time of the order is placed and or payment received. We let you know the expected delivery date of your order during the checkout process.

Most items are delivered overnight in the North Island, however we have allowed 2 to 3 working days. This may take longer to the South Island around 3- 5 working days. Bigger items may take a bit longer but we will let you know this during your order.

WEEKEND DELIVERY
NaturesBowl does not provide weekend delivery. If you wish to have your items delivered on a Saturday then please contact us. An additional shipment fee of $12.00 will apply. – remember Saturday delivery is not available to all destinations

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
If your parcel has been sent to “signature required” and you are not home, your order will not be left unattended. The courier driver will leave a calling card which you can use to organise another delivery time that is convenient for you.
If you wish to update the courier or leave an instruction, please go into your track and trace and provide information for the courier that includes the option of leaving it in around During the checkout process you will be asked for any special notes you wish to tell the courier to leave it around the corner or at the front door. They will try their best to accommodate your request.

HASSLE FREE RETURNS
Not every purchase can be a home run, and we get it. That’s why our policy is simple: if you (or your pet) are not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, let us know! Here at NaturesBowl, you’re in good paws.
Please contact us immediately Please email us or call us on 07 985 6122 directly to discuss any refund so we have a chance to put it right. We are here to help you.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 30 days in a re-saleable condition since purchased and we will happily replace, repair within a reasonable timeframe or refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable.

So please use the box that the items were originally shipped in. If you are unsure then please don’t hesitate to contact us. Once the parcel has been received, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been placed back into your bank account.

If you receive a faulty product from us or it is damaged in transit on delivery to you, you can return it to us and where our returns team will investigate. If the product is faulty we will replace the product with an identical product or a refund and no shipping costs will be incurred

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR
Aww – not a problem … If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong size or colour then you will need to please organise and pay for the shipping and send it back to us and we can change it for you. Please ensure you contact us in the first instance

All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box. You should notify us no later than 7 days after receipt of the product.

We unfortunately cannot refund open bags of food or treats …..

NZ CONSUMER LAW
Our products s come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the NZ Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, NaturesBowl may choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.
